2026 Cranberry Foundation Tree Gallery Registration

It's that time of year again!

The Cranberry Foundation invites our local nonprofit and civic organizations—those rooted in Cranberry Township and dedicated to strengthening our community’s growth, vitality, and sustainability—to continue to brighten the Cranberry Township Municipal Center with holiday trees that represent their missions.

Please note that there are some important changes to this year's Tree Gallery timeline. Several deadlines have been moved earlier than in previous years, so be sure to review the dates below and plan accordingly.

KEY DATES:

• Registration Deadline: October 23 (limited spots – first come, first served, and we expect spots to fill fast!)

• Tree Setup: November 9-11 during Municipal Building hours

• Opening Night: November 13 at the NEW Mistletoe and Masterpieces - a holiday event featuring a gallery of art and trees

• Removal: January 4–8 (items not removed may be discarded)

GUIDELINES:

• Artificial trees ONLY: no live trees

• Trees: 6–7 ft. (under 6 ft. must be attached to a base ≤2 ft.)

• All trees must be attached to a sturdy stand

• No electricity available

• No items on the floor beneath the displays

• Decorations:

• Mission-themed & non-flammable

• Include the organization name/logo on your tree

• Securely attached

• The Cranberry Foundation reserves the right to remove unsafe or inappropriate items

• No collection boxes – reserve bins separately through Parks & Recreation (724-779-4FUN)

As a participant of this year’s Tree Gallery, the Cranberry Foundation will feature your organization on social media, which will include a link to your website.
