Vendors: Art, Handmade, Craft, Shopping, and Direct Sale only

This form is only for vendors who fall under the categories of art, craft, handmade, shopping and direct sale as listed below: Art, craft, handmade products (i.e. soap, candles, wooden art, wreaths, clothing, jewelry, yarn, sewing, 3d printing, etc.), flowers, plants, handmade pet products, artistic services (face painting, henna tattoos, balloon art, party characters, poetry, etc.) music, theater, dance, martial arts.  This booking is for vendors who are selling a physical product that falls under the categories above. Direct sale consultants (Mary Kay, Scentsy, Tupperware, Herbalife, Lularoe, etc.), clothing and accessories that are not handmade, wholesale items, bulk toys, etc. This booking is for vendors who are selling a physical product, not just promoting the business.

Vendors who complete this form/payment who are outside of this categories listed above will be rejected from the event.

All other business categories (nonprofit, civic, faith, business, service, food, food truck, sweets) must complete vendor application form located at www.cranberryfoundation.org/vendor. If vendor is accepted, a link for payment will be emailed following approval.
