For Accepted Vendors Only - Once you received your vendor acceptance email, you must submit payment within 3 business days to hold your spot. Registration fees are non-refundable as your spot is being held and guaranteed for the event.
Event Dates: July 9-11, 2026 at 111 Ernie Mashuda Drive, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
Limited spaces available. First-come, first-served. Booth number will be assigned and emailed between June 22-26, 2026. Vendor spots will be assigned by the event organizers due to the updated event layout for 2026.
Vendor: Summer Nights 2026
Nonprofit/Civic/Faith: 501c3 Nonprofits, civic groups, faith-based organizations with tent only.
Business/Service: Businesses with physical locations in Pennsylvania. Includes, but not limited to, businesses in healthcare, wellness, finance, manufacturing, communications, utilities, agriculture, construction, real estate, hospitality, and transportation.
Food/Drink/Sweets: Food, drink, prepackaged food, sweets, honey, popcorn, candy, cookies, ice cream, breads, cake, fudge, coffee, bubble tea, restaurants, noodles, burgers, chicken, salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc. Vendors with tent and no cart/wheel/truck.
Food Truck/Trailer/Cart: Vendors with wheeled truck, trailer, or cart (grill/oven/warmer).
- Truck/Trailer must remain parked by Thursday, July 9 12:30pm an remain in place until event ends on Saturday 10:30pm.
- Brief access to your food truck will be available nightly once park is cleared.
- Vendor restock carts will be available 1-3PM daily from Vendor Red Parking Lot.
- Limited paved spaces available. Limited 220v spaces available.
- Quiet generators permitted.
- Electric is live Wednesday until Sunday 6am.
- Vendor required to bring extension cords and 220v adapters.
